2. Data We Collect

Account data: username, email address, hashed password
Usage data: actions performed on the platform (generate, download, login), IP address, timestamps
Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe — we do not store card details
Uploaded images: deleted immediately after processing

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the service
To manage your account and credit balance
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

3b. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Account data (username, email, password) — processed on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): required to create and operate your account.
Transactional emails — processed on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): required to confirm your account and deliver payment receipts.
Payment data — processed by Stripe on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) to complete your purchase.
Activity logs and IP addresses — processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): necessary to detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated STL files are stored on our servers and can be deleted at any time from your account. Activity logs are retained for 90 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Hetzner — cloud hosting infrastructure

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact ideain3dhello@gmail.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days as required by applicable law.
