1. Service Description
IdeaIn3D provides a web-based service that converts images into 3D printable STL files. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta.
2. Account Registration
To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
3. Credits System
- Generating 3D models is free of charge
- Downloading STL files costs 10 credits per file
- Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
- Credits do not expire
- The first download of each file deducts credits; subsequent downloads of the same file are free
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. In case of technical issues preventing access to paid content, contact us at ideain3dhello@gmail.com.
4b. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service purchases. However, by completing a credit purchase on IdeaIn3D, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits have been added to your account, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to credits you have purchased, contact us at ideain3dhello@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to generate or download files at scale
- Share your account with other users
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the images you upload and the STL files generated from them. IdeaIn3D does not claim any rights over your content.
7. 3D Print Compatibility
STL files generated by IdeaIn3D are produced automatically from images using algorithmic processing. While we strive for quality results, generated files may require adjustments before printing depending on your printer, material, and settings. By downloading an STL file you acknowledge that print outcomes may vary and that IdeaIn3D does not guarantee printability or physical accuracy of the generated models.
We recommend reviewing the 3D preview before downloading and, if needed, inspecting the file in a slicer application before printing.
8. Limitation of Liability
IdeaIn3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including issues related to 3D printing results. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service with reasonable notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
